3. We pay special attention to the social stratus
of people in unequal position on the labor market, such
as these permanently unemployed, people with disabilities,
women, young adults and students, analphabets and people
with ethnical minority origin. We
do believe that the knowledge and expertise we have
gathered in our study of the Bulgarian labour market
could be of enormous benefit to any employer.
4. The European employment strategy proclaims
the training programs as important factor for the improvement
of the status of the unemployed or of those seeking

and conducts various training programs. Admission to
these is granted upon an interview in person, carried
out by our firm’s specialists. Most of the training
programs are financed by employers and are free of charge
for the applicants.
5. The participation
in employment programs offered and sponsored by external
sources is a new strategy of the firm. To this purpose

and Social Policy, the Employment Agency and the Employment
